Breakfast was good with generous portions. Bar staff were warm and offered great suggestions for local entertainment, although noise from outside was unavoidable at times. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-08-15}'''

Very good breakfast with a huge variety of delicious foods. Neat & airy room with two single beds spread widely apart. Location right by the Main Street, restaurants and nightlife and the centre.

The location was lovely, close to centre, royal theatre, and a shopping Center which is cramped.

Fantastic location with friendly staff who really make you feel at home. Enjoyed hearty breakfasts and a fun evening with live music. Some areas felt a bit dated, but the atmosphere and service made up for it. Perfect for exploring the local sights!

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee and COVID tea, for instance was not a problem. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodates all of guests' needs. The location of the hotel is perfect, short walk to a shopping Center which is cramped, all the shops and restaurants, and the pub. Also, it's 1 mile away from Royal Theatre.
The bathrooms are cold.

Quite comfortable stay, as always. Ideal place, clean, new-fashioned rooms and pleasant staff. Breakfast with yogurt and toast & fresh soda bread, for instance.

It's within walking distance of all the attractions, which made exploring super easy. The staff were friendly, always ready to help out. Plus, the little dog they have on site was such a cute touch-it really made the hotel feel cozy and homey!
The room decor could use a bit of an upgrade, and the beds were a tad hard for my taste. I also wished there were more pillows available. it’s good value for the money, but a few improvements wouldn’t hurt!

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
The night porter we encountered was surprisingly rude and dismissive. After a long evening out, we just wanted a drink at the bar, but he refused to serve us while serving locals instead. It was annoying to find that even after returning with food, the bar was still serving others while showing no interest in us.

The staff were friendly. The beautiful king room, while comfortable, could benefit from some decor enhancements. The location was perfect. Although the pub food and homemade soups were enjoyable, overall, I felt improvements could be made in the common areas to enhance guest comfort.

I enjoyed the spacious bedroom and bathroom, both maintained to an really good standard. The common areas were well decorated, made moving around easy and comfortable, a perfect fit for seniors like myself.
More accessible seating in common areas would help.
